Here we go again. This is taken from our back deck north of LeClaire Iowa. The Mississippi River looks cold today.
We are taking some photography classes, so maybe we will get some better pictures….

Le Claire is hosting a chili crawl and eagle watch this weekend. Check out this local link with a great picture of an eagle fishing in the open waters near Lock and Dam 14.

Today we went to Trees and Traditions, a Christmas tree farm in Le Claire, and harvested our tree. It is just a couple of miles away, directly inland from our subdivision. Here are some photos of the event. Yes, there is snow in Iowa right now.
