Pool 16

Today, I had to go to the county building in Davenport.  So I took a detour up the bluff to Riverview Terrace, a city park in Davenport.

Lock and Dam 15

I traveled down river a bit to Davenport, Iowa, today and took some pictures at a public viewing area right down stream of lock and dam 15 (so technically I was in pool 16).  There were quite a few anglers there, must be good fishing in those turbulent waters right below the roller dam.  The [...]
